Teko Telecom proprietary OMC software is a robust Network management platform for the centralized control of multiple Supervision Modules, managing different Coverage and Capacity Systems in a Network.
OMC is a client-server application: the Server collects and stores information, such as System status and alarms, relevant to the Coverage Systems in the Network.
The Server communicates with each System Supervision Module via TCP-IP over Ethernet or wireless modem. An embedded Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection is available to secure the connection on public network.
The Server SNMP interface offers easy integration into other Network Management Systems (NMS).
The Server allows Clients access to the Coverage Systems information stored in its database: security is guaranteed by different user profiles and privileges.
The Client is always synchronized with the Server and allows end-users to check the status of the Coverage Systems in the Network via a user friendly graphical interface.
