Teko Telecom Optical System can be easily set-up and supervised locally or remotely through a common web-browser.
The Supervision Unit is equipped with a web-server and each module is associated with one or more webpages allowing monitoring and setting of functional parameters.
It can be equipped with a SNMP-agent which allows you to control each parameter of the system via SNMP get/set/trap operations.
The system can be accessed via Ethernet or via optional GSM, UMTS or CDMA wireless modem (integrated inside the supervision module) for remote control.

Furthermore the wireless modem is able to manage SMS for the following purposes:
- send SMS for alarms traps;
- send SMS for heartbeat to the management centers;
- send SMS to notify alarms or events;
- accept SMS request for reports.
Dynamic web-pages allow continuous updating of the measurement readings and alarm situation.
