Our Fiber Optic Transmitter/Receiver Module (TTRCx), an RF to optical/optical to RF conversion module, is the core element of the RoF concept applied in the Master Unit.
The configurations available are: a) 1TX and 1RX (able to drive up to 5 cascaded Remote Units with different wavelengths in Uplink): 10dB optical link budget, up to 20km (12.4 miles) distance; b) 1TX split by 2 and 2 combined RX, 10dB optical link budget, up to 20km (12.4 miles) distance; c) 1TX split by 4 and 4 combined RX, 6dB optical link budget, up to 12km (7.4 miles) distance.
An auto-levelling functionality (AGC) compensates for optical link loss to guarantee constant gain over different link budgets, simplifying system installation, making commissioning quick and easy and avoiding field adjustments.
- Wideband (380 to 2200 MHz); - AGC to compensate optical link loss; - Powerful (up to 20 Km / 12.4 miles distance, with the configuration 1:1).
