Teko Telecom Operation and Maintenance Terminal (OMT) web pages allow the Commissioning, Monitoring, Setting and Troubleshooting of a whole Teko Telecom Coverage and Capacity System.
No proprietary software is required as the Supervision Module is equipped with a built-in web server that allows System monitoring and configuration via a standard web browser.
Teko Telecom OMT web pages show the Coverage System architecture, operating parameters and alarm status; dynamic web-pages allow continuous updating of parameters readings and alarm logs.
Coverage System Monitoring Tools
• A Tree View, displaying the hierarchical architecture of the whole Coverage System, offers a powerful tool to navigate the pages of the web site, i.e. the Coverage System itself.
• A web page is available for each component of the System: it displays detailed information about the component it is associated to, allowing monitoring and setting of functional parameters.
• The Inventory web page lists all the modules equipped in the System with their technical and commercial details.
Coverage System Fault Management Tools
• Alarm logs list both active and ceased alarms occurred in the System; up to 2,000 entries are supported for a detailed description of the current alarm status and the alarms history.
• Coloured icons give immediate indication of the current alarm status and the severity level of each active alarm: warning, minor, major and critical, according to the X733 recommendation.
• Alarm propagation in the Tree View helps recognizing active alarms sources.
Coverage System Configuration tools
• Operating parameters setting
• External inputs and External outputs setting
• Alarm notifications setting: up to five operators’ SIM number, SNMP traps destination, and e-mail address can be set for alarms notification. A minimum alarm severity level can be set independently for each SMS, SNMP Trap and email notification.
