After-sale assistance

In case of problems during operation of Teko Telecom equipment, you are invited to get in touch with our After-sale Service in order to provide exhaustive information of the fault. Such information has to be submitted by filling in the "failure notice form"

Download the form (pdf) and send it to us, by email or fax, duly filled in. 

Please do not ship any equipment without our authorisation as our first aim will be to give you some useful directions to let you solve the problem on site so as to avoid the return of equipment.
If repair or replacement should be considered as necessary, we will authorise the return with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) which will have to be indicated on all shipping documents.  
Any product returned without Teko Telecom authorisation will be rejected.
Clereance fees and import duties borne by Teko Telecom for the entry of the faulty equipment no more covered by warranty, will be debited to customer.
